CBTs for IACCM-defined Skills areas
IACCM now offers more than 400 individual Computer Based
Trainings (CBTs) providing individual trainings for
IACCM-defined skill areas. The trainings have been
designed to support the
Soft Skills necessary to be proficient in the
respective skill area. The IACCM CBT program can easily
be incorporated into your training regimen. Our program
allows you to provide soft skill CBT trainings to your
team in 16/24/32 or 40 hour increments as part of your
training program or you can have your individual team
members choose from the available titles whenever they
wish to take a class.

Whether you have a 20 person team or a 2500 person team, you can
easily define a personalized training program for them. With
relatively few keystrokes you can define a set of individual
curriculums for your team!*

Curriculums will be developed by IACCM
specialists based on your definition of the skills on which you
wish they work. CBTs appropriate to individual skill levels will
be selected and they will reflect the appropriate training for
the skills identified.

alternate skills) for specific organizational elements or even
specific skills for selected individuals, just make a note.
Step 3
Submit Skills Specification Form
IACCM will use the information provided to develop individual
curriculums based on the skills you selected. We will choose
from the more than 400 individual CBTs available to define
specific curriculums for each member of your team. The
curriculums developed will reflect your skills specifications as
well as the experience level of the specific individual. Your
students may review the specified curriculum and make changes if
they desire.
