IACCM offers CBT's for IACCM Skill Areas
 
IACCM now offers a wide range of computer based training (CBTs) to assist IACCM members in gaining proficiency in those skill areas deemed crucial to job performance. Our CBTs have been matched to our IACCM-defined Skills and you can now direct your employees to CBT's designed specifically to help them address any shortcomings they may identify or areas where you feel improvement may be appropriate.


Customized Technical Training
IACCM has partnered with Global Mindshare LTD (www.globalmindshareltd) to provide a set of customized contract-related technical trainings that can be incorporated into your annual training plan.You can select a course and have that course presented via our distance learning capability, on site at one of your facilities or at one of our class locations. We are prepared to tailor the material presented by making additions based on your inputs. Perhaps your organization places a special emphasis on Warranty definition and you need to ensure that your team fully understands how you want this addressed. We can work with you to modify our presentation to include your materials.

GML will use the information provided to develop the appropriate curriculums based on the information you provided. This will define the hours associated with the technical training and you will then need to proceed to the Soft Skills CBT trainings to round out your program. (IACCM CBTs).
